The endpoint to connect is `wss://trade.finerymarkets.com/ws/qs`  for the production environment and `wss://test.finerymarkets.com/ws/qs`  for the UAT environment.

One should provide valid credentials using `efx-key`, `efx-sign` and `efx-content` headers as for the regular API authorization.
