Receive alerts in the accounts’ WEB inbox or by email for low gross limits, incoming and committed settlement transactions, reports, and more.
Choose the alerts you find helpful to manage your account. If you use our multi-user setup, the settings are individual for each account (e.g., a notification and channel can be configured individually)

How to get started
Log in to your account
Select the notifications you wish to receive
Inbox
will send notifications to the inbox in the GUI
will send emails to the address used as your login
Risk Management
will notify you if
your counterparty has set limits against you
the limit is mutually set
your available gross free limit is below 10%
you breach one of the margin requirements
Settlements
will notify you of incoming requests and confirmations of your outgoing transaction
System
will notify of upcoming updates and changes to the platform
How to disable audible sound effects?
You may disable the sound effects of the terminal by following these steps:
Press on your name in the top right corner
Notifications
Scroll to Interaction
Toggle off the Sound switch
