Where do I find the settlements?

The 'Transaction' section (under the 'Settlement' group) is located in the menu on the left.

In this section, you may find your:

  1. Incoming transactions - settlements that are coming your way. Consider them being the deposits to your accounts

  2. Outgoing transactions - settlements that you have made towards another counterparty. Consider them being an outgoing payment.

  3. Request - the list of your pending requests for incoming transactions and received requests for your outgoing transactions.

You may sort them by assets, counterparties, and the status of the settlement.

How do I settle my open position?

If you wish to settle (create an outgoing settlement transaction), you have 2 ways

Settling the whole position

  1. Refer to the "Positions" tab and find the asset you wish to settle. Liabilities are painted red

  2. Press the upward arrow against the asset

  3. This will prompt the prefilled pop-up with the amount to be sent, network. Keep in mind that the recipient should receive the exact amount stated in the pop-up

  4. Send the wire or blockchain transfer to the account or wallet listed in the address book

  5. Once the wire or blockchain transfer is made, press "Create and continue"

  6. Retrieve a reference number of the wire or the hash (TX ID) of the transfer

  7. Paste it to the "Enter TX ID to commit the transaction" section

  8. Press "Send Transaction"

Partially settling the position or prefunding the trade

  1. Refer to the "Transactions" tab

  2. Press "Create"

  3. Remain of the "Send" section of the pop-up

  4. Select the name of your counterparty

  5. Select the asset you are sending

  6. Specify the amount

  7. Tick the "Fee paid by recipient" if you have a specific agreement in place

  8. Press "Create and Continue"

  9. Perform the wire or a blockchain transfer to the counterparty

  10. Retrieve a reference number of the wire or the hash (TX ID) of the transfer

  11. Paste it to the "Enter TX ID to commit the transaction" section

  12. Press "Send Transaction"

How do I request the assets?

Settling the whole position

  1. Refer to the "Positions" tab and find the asset you wish to withdraw. Items up for request are painted black

  2. Press the upward arrow against the asset

  3. Stick to the "Request" section of the pop-up

  4. Validate the amounts and networks

  5. Press the "Create and Continue"

Requesting everything available per asset class

  1. Refer to the "Transactions" tab

  2. Press "Create"

  3. Click the "Request" in the pop-up

  4. Select the name of your counterparty

  5. Select the asset you are requesting

  6. Specify the amount or leave it empty to request everything available

  7. Select the network you wish to receive funds

  8. Press "Create and Continue"

What are the statuses?

The system has 6 statuses

  1. Created - meaning that you have initiated a settlement but didn't fill in all of the required parameters to complete the action

  2. Sent - meaning that the funds are being sent

  3. Received - meaning that the funds are on the way to your wallet or bank account

  4. Committed - meaning that you have validated funds landing to your wallet or bank account

  5. Request - meaning that the request for withdrawal has been recorded

  6. Canceled - meaning that the operation has been canceled by the counterparty or you

Where I can find my previous settlements?

You may find them in the "Transactions" tab or in the "Settlements" tab

What does the green tick mean?

After every incoming settlement, you must commit to it by clicking on the green arrow against the transaction
